Martin is proud of setting up AoEC Germany in a licenced partnership with AoEC UK, with a vision of making a substantial contribution to companies wanting to embed the coaching dimension in their company culture. This step adds another level to Martin’s committment to support companies and their executives in making outstanding leadership their sign of distinction and lever of competitiveness.
Martin has been engaged in executive development since 1999, and specializes in working with international clients. He founded Praesta Germany as a member of Praesta International Ltd. in 2006.
As VP Standards of the European Coaching and Mentoring Council EMCC (Germany) Martin contributes to clarifying the standards of coaching and raise the level of professionalism in coaching.

Stephen is accredited at Master Practitioner level by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). He has a multi-cultural and multi-functional background. British, living in Poland with a 30-year career spanning P&G, Reckitt Benckiser, Coca-Cola Bottlers and PZ Cussons; on-the-ground in UK, Greece, Morocco, Tunisia, Yemen, Russia and Poland; with assignments in Sales, Marketing and Country/ Regional General Management.
He has led and been responsible for international start-up operations, in developed and hardship locations; significant organisational change projects; business turnaround assignments and re-shaping leadership teams into effective operating units.
Stephen is an active Coach Supervisor and currently coaches and mentors in China and Europe. His work is with senior management, individually and in teams, to build greater self-awareness and operational impact. Sectors include FMCG, Insurance, Banking, Software, Legal, Engineering, Logistics and Chemicals.
Anna Inama works as an executive and intercultural coach and consultant to leaders and their teams. Her work is focused on individual and team leadership transformation.
Anna’s approach is characterized by her own extensive leadership experience over twenty years in global organisations, her grounded coach training with a diploma from the AEoC and a Masters in Coaching and Organisational Development, and her strong intercultural perspective.
With individuals, Anna’s work includes intercultural adaptation, transition and onboarding, developing an authentic style and leadership profiling and capability. With regards to teams, she embraces specifically team health assessment, facilitation of strategy and vision, high performing team development and coaching.
Anna also provides bespoke training and development programmes tailored to organisational needs such as intercultural awareness, leadership capability, coaching skills development.
Anna is an English national and works in Germany and the UK.
Before completing her studies in management Marion Michels had already begun working in a global IT company. Having successfully managed several important projects and added another diploma in information sciences, she continued her career in the telecommunications industry.
As a director of HR she initiated culture change projects and later as VP IT-systems her tasks included (re-) engineering business processes and IT systems.
Today Marion Michels leverages her broad experience in change management and leadership development as OD consultant and executive coach, coaching senior executives as well as training coaches and executives in coaching skills.
